I tried using a vacuum forming machine (self-made).

Normal vacuum beds draw air out of the hole in the pipe, but this is very powerful because it draws air out of all holes in the plate.

Since it is compressed without providing a breathing hole, it is also a little breathing control.

This work uses a special earplug to keep the eardrum safe.
